A management graduate from Institute of Management Technology Ghaziabad with 27 years diverse experience in HR, learning & development, leadership development, organization development, talent management, sales training, customer care, functional development, employee relationship & engagement on strategic & deployment level. Designing & deploying development & assessment centers.

He has held Leadership positions in Companies like Bharti Airtel, Xerox India, Telenor (Uninor), Times of India in the area of transformational HR & has contributed effectively in launching 3 green field projects.

Capability to facilitate workshops on leadership, soft skills, Values & Vision, HR Capability, selling skills, marketing, Employee engagement & other functional areas for senior & middle level profiles. Trained more than 15,000 people at all levels. Has a wide exposure in manufacturing, Telecom, Oil, Retail, Technology, real estate, IT, Automobiles etc. He has initiated & managed strategic tie-ups with India’s premier institutes IIMA, IIMB & ISB & worked closely with international Faculty to design & develop learning initiatives.

Rajiv is accredited MBTI professional certified by Kenexa & Gallup Organization on Employee Engagement. Ken Blanchard Companies USA also certifies him in Situational Leadership (SLII).

He has wide international exposure, have work effectively with different cultures and diverse teams. Facilitator for Global Leadership program (CORE) for Asia, Scandinavian & European countries for Telenor Group. Trained on Advance HR Skills & Talent Management by Michigan Ross School of Business & Executive Coaching Workshop by Marshall Goldsmith, he brings in a lot of value in the area of executive coaching. Train the Trainer Workshop on Competency Based Interviewing Techniques (CBIT) by SHL. Selling Skills and Advance Selling Skills by Xerox & NIIT gives him an insight into business requirements, which helps him align people initiatives to business.

He has been in the core team in Bharti Airtel, which has closely worked with SHL to develop competencies required at different levels, which would contribute to business. During this project, he has interacted with more than 300 Leaders conducting FGDs, one on one meeting to collect data & structure the same in meaningful competencies while closely working with Business Leaders.

During his tenure with Airtel & Telenor as a part of Talent Management initiative Rajiv have deployed Development Centers for more than 350 Leaders, facilitated Talent Reviews, feedback meetings & devising development plans while working closely with participants & reporting mangers. He has also done similar work for retail sales professionals nationally covering more than 1200 people.

Recently he has trained 200 professionals on conducting Competency Assessment while doing Performance Appraisals & has been a core Faculty on HR Program for Working Professionals (London School of Economics)
